About Jason Froggatt

Jason Froggatt started his golf career as a Trainee Golf Professional at Bulwell Forest Golf Club in Nottinghamshire, England, under the guidance of PGA Professional Chris Hall. After successfully completing his PGA exams in 1993, he joined The De Vere Belfry golf team as a Golf Professional. Jason was soon promoted to Head Assistant and eventually took on the role of Senior Teaching Professional, where he was responsible for maintaining high teaching standards and enhancing the knowledge and skills of the professional team.

Coaching and Experience

During his tenure at The Belfry, Jason enhanced his knowledge of the golf business and was involved in various golf operations, including retail, golf services, and tournaments. His main focus remained on coaching, where he developed and conducted numerous corporate, junior, and specialist groups through the PGA National Teaching Academy. Jason's proficiency with coaching programs such as V1 coaching, Taylormade's Hi-Tec Motion Analysis Technology, and SAM Science & Motion Putting Technology has added another dimension to his coaching standards.

International Experience

Jason's experience in Dubai allowed him to become part of a first-class operation at the Middle East's premier venue. His primary role was to set up and create the best Academy in the region, implementing top facilities and building the best team.

Dedication to Coaching

Jason's approach and dedication to coaching are evident through his continuous thirst for knowledge. He has participated in numerous coaching seminars hosted by golf industry greats such as David Leadbetter, Butch Harmon, John Jacobs, Denis Pugh, Harold Swash, Jim McLean, Tim Barter, and sports psychologist Dr. John F. Mathers. With this experience, Jason has contributed to various media publications and broadcasting in both the UK and the Middle East for the past 15 years. He is also an accredited PGA referee, PGA Mentor, and PGA Examiner.
